Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Please call our reception on 01534 833833 after 11 am to request repeat prescriptions. If you have completely run out of your medication and we will endeavour to have the prescription ready for collection on the same day. However there will be a £6 charge for all urgent prescriptions.
The cost of one month’s prescription is £4.00. The cost of 3 months medication is £12.
Prescriptions can be either be collected or posted. If posted there will be an additional charge.

Payments for repeat prescriptions will be taken at the time of request.
It would be much appreciated if charges for repeat prescriptions could be paid for at the time of collection.Alternatively, payment is due on receipt of the first statement of account.
Failure to make payment by the end of the month in which the first statement is received, will result in a £10.00 administration charge being added to the account for each consecutive month the account remains outstanding.
