Important Patient Notice

We would like to inform you of an important update to our appointment policy, effective from July 1, 2025.

In our continuous efforts to provide efficient healthcare delivery, we have established a Did Not Attend (DNA) policy for our patients. While we strive to accommodate as many face-to-face appointments as possible, we must enforce guidelines that will help us maximize the use of our available timeslots.

We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that make this difficult. Therefore, we ask that you inform us at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel.  

Please be advised that failure to cancel your appointment at least 3 hours in advance will result in a fee of £38.  Prompt notifications allow us to offer your appointment slot to another patient in need of care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
